Learning the Shamanic Approach to Cranial Sacral Therapy
Sacred Journey Therapy (SJT) is a trauma-informed, somatic, and shamanic approach to CranioSacral Therapy that offers a truly holistic and transformational experience. Rooted in Cranial Osteopathy, Massage, and traditional CranioSacral Therapy, SJT is expanded through the integration of parapsychology, transpersonal and traditional psychology, consciousness studies, physics, metaphysics, spirituality, and core shamanic principles.
What makes SJT unique is its multidimensional approach to healing—one that honors the nervous system, the body's innate wisdom, and the unseen energies that shape our experiences. Drawing from Polyvagal Theory, practitioners learn to work with the autonomic nervous system to support regulation, safety, and co-regulation in the therapeutic relationship. This allows for deeper access to healing in clients who have experienced trauma, stress, and emotional overwhelm.
Sacred Journey Therapy takes CranioSacral work to the next level by intertwining perception and intention with the meditative use of the inner eye, inner ear, and empathic heart to facilitate communication and healing across the physical, emotional, mental, astral, and spiritual bodies. Practitioners are trained to tune into subtle rhythms and somatic cues, offering presence and attunement as a path to release held trauma, restore energetic balance, and awaken a deeper sense of wholeness.
This is not just bodywork—it is sacred, heart-centered healing. SJT is ideal for those called to bridge science and spirituality, and support others on their journey toward integration, regulation, and embodied transformation.
