Stephanie is a certified Visionary Cranial Sacral Therapist, licensed Massage Therapist, and Quantum Healing Hypnosis Therapist. She is the founder of the Illumined Soul integrative healing arts, designed to “awaken your inner Radiance.” Stephanie is a graduate and teacher at the Sacred Journey Institute in Tinley Park, where she studied and taught with the late Don Massat, legendary “City Shaman” and founder of the SJI school and the Beyond Wellness center. Stephanie practices Cranial Sacral Therapy, Miasm Release Therapy, Sacred Journey Therapy, Vibrational Healing Therapy, Distance Healing, all of which induce healing and spiritual transformation in clients who exhibit many different types of ailments and dis-ease, including anxiety, TMJ, ADHD, cancer, autism and schizophrenia.
“My approach is inspirational and intuitive in gently working with each of my clients to integrate different aspects of their body, psyche, and spirit into an ever unifying whole. My passion is to support them as they realize their innate gifts, which arise as they come to terms with their past and learn to forgive and accept their karmic patterns, which may have been inherited ancestrally, unlocking codes and allowing more light to emerge from their DNA. Jaye Dehn is a board-certified massage therapist, bodyworker, and dynamic educator known for bridging clinical precision with the depth of Eastern healing traditions. With advanced training in Thailand and nearly two decades of experience, Jaye brings a rare blend of technical mastery, intuitive insight, and a deep respect for the body’s innate wisdom.
Her journey began in 2005 through yoga, a practice that opened the door to the mind–body connection and ignited her passion for teaching. Over the years, Jaye has cultivated a therapeutic approach that is both grounded and expansive—rooted in anatomy and enriched by the energetic principles of Thai bodywork and other ancient healing arts.
As a teacher, Jaye stands out for her ability to translate complex concepts into embodied learning experiences. Whether in the classroom, on the mat, or in hands-on trainings, she invites students to become curious explorers of movement, touch, and inner awareness. Her workshops and courses are designed not only to build skill, but to expand perception, helping practitioners grow in confidence, sensitivity, and creativity.

DIANA VOITH

Diana Voith is a bilingual Licensed Professional Counselor, sound healer, and educator with a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology. She has facilitated hundreds of sound healing ceremonies and trainings, and is known for her ability to blend clinical expertise with grounded, hands-on vibrational practices. As an instructor and mentor, Diana is passionate about guiding practitioners in safely integrating sound and somatic-based techniques into their professional work with clarity, confidence, and ethical integrity.
Her clinical background includes work in community mental health and higher levels of care, including intensive outpatient (IOP) and partial hospitalization (PHP) settings, where she supported diverse populations navigating trauma, emotional dysregulation, and dual diagnoses. Diana integrates evidence-based therapeutic approaches with mindfulness, hypnotherapy, and sound-based interventions to support nervous system regulation and whole-person healing.
Through her teaching, Diana emphasizes trauma-informed care, scope of practice, and practical application. She is dedicated to helping therapists expand their skillset while maintaining professional boundaries, offering a balanced approach that bridges traditional clinical work with supportive, body-based modalities.

Katie DeMent, LCPC, is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor, holistic nutrition practitioner, and educator dedicated to helping individuals and professionals understand the powerful connection between mental health, nutrition, hormones, and the nervous system. She specializes in supporting women through perimenopause and menopause, integrating evidence-informed psychotherapy with holistic wellness practices to promote lasting emotional and physical well-being.
Katie's clinical approach combines Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Gottman Method, Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), mindfulness, somatic interventions, and client-centered therapy. She also incorporates holistic nutrition, meditation, and astrology as complementary tools to help clients better understand themselves and cultivate meaningful, sustainable change.
As an instructor, Katie is passionate about translating research into practical clinical application. Her courses provide healthcare and mental health professionals with evidence-informed strategies they can immediately integrate into practice, particularly in the areas of nutritional psychiatry, brain health, blood sugar regulation, nervous system support, women's hormonal health, emotional resilience, and holistic mental wellness.

Katie earned her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Saint Mary's College (2003), a Master of Arts in Counseling from Adler University (2005), and a Master of Education from Saint Xavier University (2008). She also holds a Certification in Holistic Nutrition from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition and is committed to lifelong learning through advanced continuing education. She is an active member of the American Counseling Association and continues to expand her expertise in integrative and holistic approaches to mental health.
