Join Stephanie Brown for three days exploring Sacred Journey Therapy, an intimate approach to energy work centered on the soul, emotional exploration, and spiritual connection.
This advanced course introduces principles of Gestalt therapy and psychotherapy within the framework of multidimensional trauma. Students will explore linear time, astral dynamics, and spiritual perspectives on other lifetimes and the Akashic records.
Small-group exercises will include other-life readings and astral projection, with demonstrations of trance, inner-body projection, and grounding techniques.
